Errors during the KYC Process and its solution

  • Why is my PAN & Aadhaar not getting approved?
    • Your PAN / Aadhaar may not get approved for one of the following reasons - the document appears tampered, image captured is blurred, not original version of the card or not the latest version of the card. You can reach out to support@onmeta.in for further help
  • Why is liveness check performed?
    • To make sure that the person in the document and the person live is one and the same
